International routes and destinationsRoute selection

Start with the region your app needs, then check how the connection performs there.

The best route depends on what you need to do: access AI tools, browse a video library, or manage an international store. AI chats depend on requests completing reliably, video streaming needs sustained data transfer, and store dashboards often work best with a consistent access region. VPNNR offers 90+ countries / 150+ routes, giving you options to choose from; this does not mean every route works with every website.

When getting started, check the destination service's regional requirements, then choose a matching exit from the client’s list. If you have no regional preference, compare routes in nearby locations first. For a specific content library, use the region recognized by the platform. Distance is only one factor: routing, your local network, and the time of day can all affect performance, so location names alone cannot tell you which route will be faster.

Route status is for reference and is not a local speed test. To see if a route works for you, test the connection and your apps on your own network.

If you're connected but a webpage looks unchanged, first check whether the app follows the client’s rules and whether it is reusing an existing connection. Close and reopen the app before testing again to help identify whether the issue is caused by rules, cache, or the exit region. To check your exit, open IP check and compare the result with how the app actually behaves. A lit connection icon alone does not confirm that everything is working.

Key considerations for cross-border access

It’s easier to choose when you consider reliability, account security, and everyday usage separately.

Choosing routes for peak hoursand staying connected

Whether you're managing a store dashboard after work or picking up where you left off, a dropped connection can be more disruptive than a slow page. Compare available routes in the same region during your usual hours, then keep a suitable backup. VPNNR offers route options for different needs, but peak-hour performance still depends on your local network, routing, and the destination service. Test with the same device and app, and check whether page submissions, file transfers, and persistent connections complete. That’s more useful than looking at a momentary speed reading.

A username and password are all you need to get started. Before you begin, read the getting started guide to learn how to get the client, import your subscription, and check your connection. Keep your account details safe. Access the user dashboard to check usage, manage orders, or submit a support ticket—there's no separate download page to find.

Check the rules and pricing

Monthly plans and permanent data packages are explained separately. All plans support unlimited devices, and data policies are listed separately too. Before choosing, compare your usage habits with your budget and preferred billing period. Don't conflate coverage, device limits, and data allowances. Full details are on the plans and terms pages.

You don't need to start with complex settings. Sign in to the dashboard with your username and password to review plans and subscriptions, then get a client for your device. On Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux, sign in to get the client; for iOS, follow the conditions shown in the dashboard. Your subscription is available in the dashboard after signing in; marketing pages do not provide a live subscription URL. Import it, choose a route, grant system permissions, and test the connection in an app you use.

For step-by-step instructions, read the Getting Started Guide. For the full process, from choosing a plan to everyday maintenance, continue with the Complete Guide. If you run into an issue, note your system, client messages, selected region, and target app, then check the Help Center. A clear description of what happened is more useful than repeatedly changing settings.

Monthly plans and permanent data packages

Choose aplan for your usage

Compare data allowances and billing first, then look at price. All plans support unlimited devices.

Text chats and research use data differently from video streaming and file transfers. Before choosing a plan, list the tasks you use most and keep an eye on actual usage; a higher price doesn't necessarily mean a better connection. Monthly plan data resets on your activation date. If your usage varies, compare that with data packages that last until used and never expire.

Monthly plan · 60GB

¥9.9 / month

A starting point for lighter use and focused access needs.

  • 60GB per month
  • Unlimited devices
  • 7-day refund policy

A good fit for checking your usage, looking things up, and text-based tasks. If you also stream video or sync files, monitor your dashboard usage rather than estimating how long your data will last based only on the app name.

Choose this plan

Monthly plan · 250GB

¥18 / month

For more frequent use and a wider range of everyday tasks.

  • 250GB per month
  • Unlimited devices
  • 7-day refund policy

For users combining everyday work, AI tools, and streaming. Whether it’s enough depends on your actual usage. Check your consumption on your usual devices and at your usual times to see if this plan leaves enough headroom.

Choose this plan

Monthly plan · 500GB

¥28 / month

A larger allowance for tasks involving sustained data transfer.

  • 500GB per month
  • Unlimited devices
  • 7-day refund policy

For users with higher data usage across multiple devices, streaming, or file transfers. A larger data allowance does not guarantee faster speeds or additional streaming catalogs; test the connection with your apps and in your chosen region.

Choose this plan

Monthly plan data resets on your activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated for the remaining days. Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.

Usage varies? Compare permanent data packages

Data package prices are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Data lasts until used and never expires. The key difference from a monthly plan is how you use the data: consider whether you need regular access and prefer a monthly allowance, rather than comparing prices alone. Data packages don't expire, but they aren't unlimited; file transfers and video streaming still use data.

If you're new to subscription services, start by understanding the usage dashboard and reset rules, then choose a plan. Monthly data resets on your activation date, not the first day of the calendar month. If you want to upgrade, check the prorated amount shown in your dashboard first. The plans page lists prices and billing details for easy comparison before checkout. For questions about your subscription or order, contact support through a dashboard ticket without sharing account details publicly.

Client setup and connectionchecks

Break “connected” into steps you can check, from permissions and exit region to app sessions.

When something won't load, start by identifying which layer is causing the problem. A client that didn't import correctly, system permissions that block network setup, and a browser reusing an old session each call for different checks. The articles below are sorted by most recent update. Start with your platform or the issue you're seeing, and avoid changing every setting at once—you won't know which change affected the result.

As you follow a guide, note the result of each step: whether routes appear after import, whether your exit changes after switching, and whether the target app can complete its task. These notes help you troubleshoot and give support a clear picture if you need help. The instructions are for troubleshooting and do not override a platform's regional or account rules. Screens may change as systems and clients are updated; follow the latest dashboard instructions.
