Service Scope

VPNNR provides a cross-border connectivity subscription service, with 90+ countries / 150+ routes, and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The routes, regions, and client options available to you are those shown in the user panel and client.

The service provides network connectivity; it does not include memberships, content licenses, or account eligibility for third-party websites or apps. Third-party services have their own regional policies and rules. Connecting through international routes does not guarantee access eligibility or availability of any particular content library.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required; an account can be created with a username and password. Keep your password and subscription address secure, and do not share your account credentials publicly. If you notice unusual activity, change your password promptly and report it through a support ticket to prevent further exposure.

The service has no device limit for the account holder’s use across different devices. This does not permit reselling or renting out an account, or sharing a subscription with others. You may not use a subscription to provide a commercial relay service or engage in automated abuse that affects other users.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. Check the pricing page and order confirmation for prices and data allowances; a monthly subscription should not be treated as a permanent data package.

Compliance and Account Termination

You must comply with the laws and regulations of your location and actual place of use, as well as the terms of service of the websites you access. You must not use the service for fraud, infringement, malicious attacks, distributing malware, unauthorized system access, or other unlawful conduct.

If VPNNR finds unlawful use, resale or sharing, malicious resource consumption, or conduct that threatens network operations, it may restrict connections, suspend, or terminate an account as appropriate. When taking action, VPNNR will explain the reason to the extent permitted by law and consistent with security requirements. If you dispute the action, you may request a review through a user panel support ticket. Relevant orders and refund requests remain subject to the applicable rules.

Availability and Scope of Responsibility

Connection performance depends on your local network, carrier routing, target platform policies, device configuration, and maintenance. VPNNR does not guarantee that every route will remain available or that a particular website will always be accessible. If you encounter an issue, try another route and check your client settings.

Changes caused by necessary maintenance or external network failures will, where possible, be explained in the user panel. You should keep copies of important data and avoid relying on this service as the sole connection for critical business operations. Liability for third-party service changes or events beyond reasonable control will be determined under applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Payments and Refunds

You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a support ticket in the user panel and include the relevant order information so it can be verified. You do not need to explain your experience or the reason for a fault; order verification does not impose additional usage or connection conditions.

Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Refund routing and progress will be communicated through support tickets; these terms do not promise a processing time. Requests made after the period above and other payment disputes will be handled under applicable law and the circumstances of the specific order. These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms and Contact

VPNNR may update these terms in response to service changes or legal requirements and will show the month of the latest update on this page. Changes affecting important user rights will be announced in the user panel. Later updates will not be applied retroactively to the detriment of refund requests already submitted.

If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the service and contact support about your account and any outstanding orders. See the Privacy Policy for information about how account details are handled. Do not submit your password or full subscription address when contacting support.
